Rooted in Islamic principles, the MARSUS programme emphasises character development, ethical leadership, and practical Da'wah, preparing students to become active contributors to their communities.
At the heart of the MARSUS programme lies the concept of servant leadership, inspired by the Qur'anic concept of leadership, which emphasises the importance of leading by serving others. This philosophy is reinforced by the values of Tarbiyah Syakhsiah (character development) and Da'wah, helping students internalise the principles of Islam while making a meaningful impact on the world around them.
